Welcome to the Print Design Career Accelerator! By enrolling in this course, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Mutual Respect and Originality
- We are a community of creatives. Respect for others' ideas, designs, and feedback is paramount.
- Students must not knowingly duplicate or adapt other participantsā€™ designs, work in progress, or ideas shared in critique videos or community groups.
- The goal is to forward your own creative development in good faith and with originality.
2. Intellectual Property
- All designs, video lessons, and downloadable materials provided by Longina Phillips Designs are protected by copyright and cannot be reproduced or distributed outside this course.
- Students retain ownership of their original designs. However, Longina Phillips Designs reserves the right to feature select hand-picked student work for marketing purposes with appropriate credit.
3. Success Disclaimer
- Any success stories we share are the result of consistent effort and application of course teachings. We do not promise instant success but provide the tools, information, and support to help you create a successful commercial enterprise with hard work.
4. Refund Policy
- Full-fee purchases are non-refundable.
- For multi-payment plans, students may pause or stop their subscription, but payments already processed will not be refunded.
5. Course Access and Timeline
- While the program has a timeline, students may work at their own pace. However, failing to follow the schedule may result in missing out on personalized feedback.
6. Critiques and Feedback
- Due to the courseā€™s popularity, not all submitted designs will receive critiques. However, students who consistently submit work will have their designs critiqued at least once during the course.
- Submitting work for critique is optional. Students are welcome to learn from feedback given to others.
7. Code of Conduct
- Respectful communication is required at all times. Harassment, negativity, or unconstructive comments will result in removal from the program without refund.
8. Confidentiality
- Students agree not to share course materials, critique videos, or other participantsā€™ work or ideas outside the course community.
9. Technology Requirements
- Students are responsible for securing the necessary tools and software to complete the course assignments, as specified in the materials.
10. Course Modifications
- Longina Phillips Designs reserves the right to update course content, schedules, or requirements to improve the program.
11. Liability Disclaimer
- Longina Phillips Designs is not responsible for individual outcomes. Success is determined by the effort and engagement of each participant.
