ot at all. Our course is designed so that you can take them at your own pace because, well. life. What’s more, you can watch it as many times as you please. Feel free to casually watch in your free time or dive right down the rabbit hole (in a good way) and watch it over and over again until you’ve got our tips and techniques committed to memory. In fact, many of our students re-watch this one because the best results come with a little practice.

Just watching the course is quite quick because we’ve been able to jam pack a lot of learning into a short time – the run time of the videos is 41 minutes. But schedule a bit more time in the diary if you’re planning to paint along with the tutorials (which a lot of our students do) as you’ll be starting and stopping along the way. Exactly how long it takes is up to you, but we would estimate anywhere between 2 and 5 hours.

You’re right, watercolor is beautiful but it absolutely is not essential to learn if you don’t think it’s you’re thing. We want you to love all of your experiences with The Print School, so we encourage you to choose courses you’re interested in, keen to engage with, and you’ll see through ‘til the end.

Sadly, we can’t teach you to paint all the flowers there are – there’s just too many. But the good news is, we don’t need to. In this course, we’ll teach you how to paint poppies, delphiniums, peonies and a multi-purpose bloom. This training gives you a versatile base for a lot of other flowers. You’ll find that once you’ve learnt the right skills, they are highly adaptable to all flower types.

Not at all. Firstly, stress and creativity don’t go hand in hand. We’re here to teach, not to put you under pressure and give you a grade. Secondly, we know that for you, like all of our students, finishing the course, learning new skills and seeing your work improve means you come out on top, always. No test results could ever match that.

When you finish the course, we supply an industry-recognized certification, signed by your instructors and Longina Phillips herself. And because Longina Phillips Designs studio is known all around the world, everyone in the industry will quickly see you’ve been trained by the very best.

Unfortunately, the platform we house our courses on does not allow for multiple currencies. Which means we had to pick just one currency for payments, which is tricky when our customers come from all over the world. As the US dollar is the most commonly used, we’ve chosen that as the easiest for everyone. So while yes, we are Australians, we offer our courses in USD as it is more widely used than AUD.

We welcome all questions, no matter how big or small. If something is bamboozling you, feel free to ask questions anytime in the comments section of the course module. Usually it’s our creative director that answers. And don’t forget our Facebook group. When you purchase this course it grants you access to our private Facebook group community, where you can connect with other print designers. Chances are they may have the same kind of question or even know the answer. You can also post photos of your work there, too. It’s a safe place to share it — our students are incredibly supportive of each other. We also check the group regularly and our senior team members can provide personal feedback.
